Safety & security training in Luxembourg.
M1, M2, M3: which training for which role?
In Luxembourg, the M3 module (staff assigned to a floor or compartment) is the entry level, focused on execution and assisting evacuation. The M2 module (supervisor) covers local supervision and intervention, and the M1 module (professional fire-safety agent) is the most complete level, supervising M2 and M3. Cerberion trains for all three levels in partnership with the Safetyserv centre, with initial training and periodic refreshers.
How many participants per session?
Depending on the training: 6 to 12 for SST, 8 to 15 for fire training, 4 to 10 for M1, M2, M3. For on-site training, we adapt the group to your headcount.
Can training be tailor-made?
Yes. We design tailor-made programmes adapted to your sector (healthcare, banking, retail, logistics, events) and your specific risks. Scoping, content and duration are defined with you.
Are the certificates officially recognised?
All our regulatory training (SST, M2, EPI/ESI) provides a certificate compliant with ITM requirements and the Luxembourg Labour Code — enforceable in case of inspection.
Do trainers travel on-site?
Yes. Most of our training programmes are delivered on-site, directly at your premises, to minimise logistics costs and tailor the content to your environment.
How long does it take to schedule a session?
2 to 4 weeks for standard regulatory training, 4 to 8 weeks for tailor-made training including specific scoping. We can fast-track in case of an ITM emergency.
