Security as a Service · Luxembourg

Your security
manager.
Without the hire.

Cerberion Security Manager oversees, structures and evolves your security setup in Luxembourg, without the constraints of an in-house hire. A single point of contact, ITM/AAA compliance expert, available at all times.

Why outsource

A security system that's coherent, without hiring.

Hiring an in-house security manager is costly, takes months and exposes you to key-person risk. Cerberion gives you expertise, flexibility and compliance — immediately.

01

Immediate expertise

A firm already staffed with safety, security and training experts. No ramp-up period.

02

ITM / AAA compliance

Ongoing regulatory updates, registers, prevention plans and designated worker compliant with the Luxembourg Labour Code.

03

Full flexibility

Flexible commitment, adjustable scope, always-available support. Scale up or down with your cycles.

Our scope

What Cerberion covers.

From initial analysis to continuous improvement, your firm runs every link in your setup.

  • Risk analysis and strategic advice — threat mapping, priority ranking, recommendations tailored to your sector.
  • Safety register and document management — safety register, prevention plans, role descriptions — up to date and enforceable.
  • Team training and evacuation drills — manager awareness, drills, regulatory training (M2, SST, EPI/ESI).
  • Coordination of officers and suppliers — a single point of contact to manage officers, security companies and security suppliers.
  • ITM and AAA compliance monitoring — designation of the designated worker (Art. L. 312-3 of the Luxembourg Labour Code), prevention plan upkeep and regulatory inspection tracking.
  • Incident tracking and continuous improvement — incident register, lessons learnt, corrective action plans.
Luxembourg compliance

ITM, AAA, Labour Code. We watch over it.

Designated worker

Article L. 312-3 of the Luxembourg Labour Code requires the designation of one or more workers in charge of protection and prevention activities. Cerberion fulfils this role on an outsourced basis and runs it for you.

Safety register

Up-to-date maintenance of the mandatory register, follow-up of periodic inspections, enforceable archiving. In case of an ITM inspection, you present a clean file.

Prevention plan

Drafting and updating of the single risk-assessment document, prevention plans by site and by activity, corrective action plans.

Regulatory watch

Tracking of changes in the legal framework (ITM, AAA, Labour Code), alerts on your new obligations and preparation of up-to-date files. You stay in charge, we make sure nothing is missed.

Frequently asked questions

Everything about Security Manager.

What company size is Cerberion Security Manager designed for?

The service is aimed at SMEs and organisations with 10 to 500 staff in Luxembourg that want to professionalise their security setup without hiring in-house. The scope adapts to your size and sites.

What's the difference with a regular security guarding company?

A guarding company deploys officers. Cerberion Security Manager runs your entire security strategy — risk analysis, ITM/AAA compliance, training, supplier coordination (including officers) and continuous improvement. Cerberion can also deploy its own officers when needed.

How does ITM compliance work in practice?

We designate and train a designated worker (in line with Art. L. 312-3 of the Labour Code), keep your safety register up to date, draft your prevention plan and prepare your files for inspections by the Labour and Mines Inspectorate (ITM).

Are you reachable in case of an incident?

Yes. Your Cerberion contact is reachable in case of an incident — we coordinate the response, on-site officers if needed, AAA filing, post-incident analysis and lessons learnt.
